The Founder
Project Finance Professional
Model Edge's founder has over 7 years of work experience as a project finance professional. She has meaningfully contributed to the deployment of 3 private equity real estate funds with a combined size of USD 410m, and 2 private debt renewable energy funds with a combined size of over USD 300m. She also lead the fundraising effort for a local developer with a USD 240m projects pipeline. The founder has hands-on exposure in the whole investment deal cycle cutting across origination, screening, due diligence, investment committee approvals, legal documentation, financial close and monitoring. She is passionate about impact investing.
